Department of English Studies
The Department of English Studies aims to cultivate global experts, who actively respond to the changes in the world by strengthening their abilities based on an excellent command of English. We provide programs that intensively support students' efforts to master English, which has become the de facto official language of the international community as the world becomes more globalized and interconnected.
Department of Japanese Studies
The Department of Japanese Studies aims to cultivate professional human resources who can understand and utilize the Japanese language and culture, which is expanding in political and economic influence in the era of internationalization.

Department of Chinese Studies is an academic field dedicated to Chinese regional studies, aiming to cultivate talents with comprehensive knowledge of China through a well-rounded, comprehensive, and systematic education.
Division of Global Business
Introduction
Division of Global Business is the division that fosters international professionals on Korea leading the 21st century and based on Social Sciences, Humanities, ICT, Korean Language Education etc. Future students of the Division will learn about various perspective of Korea in the field of arts, society, culture, language, economic and management history, technology and development etc. At the same time, they will experience the mixture studies of social·humanities method, ICT and Korean studies and so on. Our division will provide an opportunity to students to study the convergence learning of global view about Korea through international curriculums of Global business major and Global trade major that will be established before long.
Department of International Trade and Commerce
Department of International Trade is a practical academic field devoted to global and practical competence in trade. It aims to cultivate international trade experts with the qualities to adapt to the rapidly changing domestic and foreign trade environments.
Department of Global Business
The Global Business Studies major was established to provide learning programs related to global business theory and practice to facilitate domestic and international students to find employment. The educational goal of the Global Business Studies major is to cultivate global business professionals who can contribute to the development of national and regional economies in the global era.

The Division of Culture Contents is comprised of a multimedia department and an electronic commerce department, and aims to cultivate the professional workforce necessary for the production and distribution of culture contents according to the national vision of the 21st century that relies on the competence of culture contents industries'.

Multimedia Department aims to cultivate the professional workforce necessary for the production and distribution of culture contents in response to the national vision – to become a leading country in the culture content industry in the 21st century’ and the 4th Industrial Revolution.
Department of Electronic commerce
Department of e-commerce aims to cultivate ICT (Information and Communication Technology) based business professionals in response to the 4th industrial revolution.
Department of Logistics and Transportation
Department of Logistics and Transportation is dedicated to the education regarding logistics transportation in Yeosu, which is the key city in the Gwangyang Bay Free Economic Zone.
Department of Logistics and Transportation is a new service industry that will lead the 21st century. It is a convergence study that plans the efficient transportation of people and cargo, and plans and manages logistics management facilities and organizations.

The tourism industry is a high value-added industry in which contents from various fields such as economy, society, culture, and history of a country are converged. It has greatly contributed to the economic growth of each country and the enhancement of national brand values, thus the country is actively fostering human resources, expanding investments to build the infrastructure in this field in order to enhance tourism competitiveness.

The Department of International Trade aims to foster talented individuals with knowledge in practical theories and policies related to international management, international trade, and international finance to equip them with the expertise necessary to operate in this field.
Department of Transportation and Logistics
The Transportation Specialization in this department offers a systematic curriculum to train transportation professionals who have a comprehensive understanding of expertise in planning, designing, operating, and managing social overhead capital (SOC) such as roads, railroads, aviation, and ports.
