Interdisciplinary Program of Smart City
The Graduate School of English cultivates skilSmart City is a next-generation concept that combines the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in urban infrastructure and unit buildings such as roads, ports, and airports, and is a study that studies new urban types in the 21st century that solve various urban problems such as transportation, energy, environment, and housing problems that are currently occurring and create sustainable values.
The goal of this cooperative course is to train high-level technical personnel who can respond to the paradigm change in the new city that is currently progressing rapidly by combining the knowledge of computer science (IoT, AI, big data) necessary for smart cities based on the basic knowledge of cities, architecture, and civil engineering acquired in the undergraduate course.led post-graduates with a superb command of English for various circumstances in order to actively respond to the international community where human and material exchanges at the global level are expanding.
Program of East Asian Studies
East Asian Studies is a study that encompasses the humanities such as culture, philosophy, history, and literature of the region including Korea and China, and social sciences such as cultural tourism and maritime culture, and is a multidisciplinary study of humanities and social convergence necessary in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The goal of this cooperative course is to cultivate high-quality human resources in the convergence type who contribute to the realization of innovative growth in the era of the industrial revolution and to cultivate high-quality human resources in the humanities and social sciences who can take the lead in responding to the paradigm change in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.
Department of Culture and Tourism Management
Culture and Tourism Management studies the phenomenon of regional tourism from the humanities and social sciences and derives the direction of development, and focuses on the contents that integrate culture and tourism and the changing flow of tourism management.
The department aims to cultivate professional talents in the tourism industry with high potential for future growth as a national strategic industry through the operation of a differentiated curriculum by integrating culture and tourism.
